She started his career in 1994 as an Assistant Investment Specialist in the Domestic Sales and Marketing Department at Global Securities. She was appointed as Deputy Head of the Central Branch in 1999 and as the Head of the Central Branch in 2000. In January 2009, he was appointed as Deputy Director responsible for directing and managing the sales and marketing functions of Istanbul Branches.

Doğançay, who served as the Deputy General Manager responsible for the Transaction Intermediation Unit until April 1, 2017, has been working as the General Manager of Global Securities since this date. She is married with two children. She speaks English.

He worked as a Senior Research Analyst and Senior Sales Specialist at İktisat Yatırım between 1996-1997, respectively.

After that, he worked as the International Capital Markets Manager at Eczacıbaşı Securities for two years. Between 1999 and 2001, he served as TEB Investment International Capital Markets Manager. He was appointed as Deputy General Manager in 2001 and he held this position for 5 years.

In 2006, he re-joined Eczacıbaşı Securities as Assistant General Manager responsible for Corporate Sales. After the company merger of Emdaş - Global Securities in September 2015, he still continues to work as the Deputy General Manager responsible for Foreign Corporate Sales. He is married with two children. He speaks English and German.

Banu Kıvcı Tokalı completed her undergraduate degree in Management Engineering at Istanbul Technical University, followed by a master's degree in Economics at Bosphorus University. During her studies, she also served as a teaching assistant in econometrics and mathematical econometrics for about a year. After completing her master's in 1997, she has been involved in restructuring and development activities in the research departments of brokerage firms and banks.

During her approximately six-year career as economist in the Bank’s Treasury Department and the Investment company at Fortis Group, she formed the Economic Research department and provided support of macro analyses. Once she received a position of chief economist at TEB Invest and FinansInvest between 2005-2009, she established the Research department at Destek Derivatives, providing support of fundamental analyses and strategy in portfolio management as well. She also contributed to extend the customer base with different corporates; giving support to the Marketing department strategy. She began her role as Economic Research Manager at Halk Invest in 2013 and was promoted to Research Director, while also managing the establishment of the Investment Advisory unit. In 2024, she started as Research Director at Global Securities and was appointed Deputy General Manager in January 2025. Banu Kıvcı Tokalı is married and has a daughter. She speaks English.

After graduating from Istanbul University School of Business in 1995, Engin Küçük started his carreer as an investment specialist at Tekstil Securities where he worked as a broker between the years 1995-1999.

Later, he served as a broker for Global Securities between 1999-2005. With the establishment of the Turkish derivatives market in 2005, he started to work in the futures trading department. He was appointed as the Financial Derivatives Manager in 2019 and was promoted as the Director of the same division in 2021, and then became the Global Online and Financial Derivatives Group Director in 2022. He is currently working as the Deputy General Manager in charge of Global Online and Financial Derivatives. He is married and has two children.

Tan graduated from Anadolu University Business Administration Department and started his business life in 1999 as an Assistant Investment Specialist in Konya Branch Domestic Sales and Marketing Department at Global Securities.

He continued as an Investment Specialist at Bakırköy branch in 2001 and as a Trader at the Central Branch in 2003. Having worked in the positions of Director, Director, Director and Group Director in the following years, Tan continues to serve as Deputy General Manager in 2023. Is married with two children.

Özlem Şahin graduated from Hacettepe University, Economics (English) in 2000.

She started his career at Anadolu Investment in 2001 as an Assistant Investment Specialist in the Domastec Sales and Marketing Department. She transferred to Global Securities as an investment specialist in 2003.Between 2004 and 2013, she continued her duty as Tarder, Senior Trader and Director. In 2013,she took office as the Head of the Central Branch. In January 2017,she was appointed as the Director responsible for directing and managing the sales and marketing functions of the İstanbul Branch. Şahin; who served as the Group Director responsible for the Domestic Sales and Marketing Department until January 2023, has been serving as the Deputy General Manager of Global Menkul Değerler since then.She is married and has a child. She speaks English.

He started his career at Finansbank’s Treasury Operation department as assistant officer in 1992.

He worked at Bank Kapital’s Treasury Operation department as operation officer from 1996 till 1997, (1997-2001), he worked at UB Ulusal Yatırım’s Finance and Operation manager. (2001-2009), He managed finance, cash management and operation team at Standard Bank Plc’s subsidiary in Turkey Standard Invest as Seniour Manager. From February 2009 till September 2022 (all fourteen years), he worked at Cantor Fitzgerald’s subsidiary in Turkey, BGC Partners Menkul Değerler A.Ş.as Assistant General Manager (CFO -COO) responsible from finance, budget, accounting, operation, HR, administrative affairs and as Board Member responsible from İnternal audit and compliance.

He still has been working at Global Menkul Değerler A.Ş.responsbile from finance and operation as Assistant General Manager (CFO) since October 2022.
